EV6 Colocation

EV6 can offer a wide range of colocation services in our state of the art datacenters. All of our datacenters are climate controlled, provided with fully redundant power and high performance redundant internet connectivity. There is also 24/7 monitoring and security to ensure your servers hosted with EV6 are always operating in optimal condition.

Colocating a server with EV6 offers you the ultimate flexibility. Every colocation package can be configured to suit your exact requirements. You can choose any of our preconfigured colocation packages or build your own by choosing the hardware, hosting and bandwidth requirements to suit your needs.

Pricing

Please note, rack-space and power are priced seperately from bandwidth to allow for maximum flexibility. All prices are inclusive of VAT and are exactly what you pay, no hidden extras!

• One-off setup fee for Colocation or IP Transit service £99
• 1U of rack space inc 1 power socket £25 per month
• 2U of rack space inc 1 power socket £45 per month
• 3U of rack space inc 1 power socket £70 per month
• 4U of rack space inc 1 power socket £90 per month

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their colocated server contains no illegal data. This includes but is not limited to

• Unlicensed software
• Unauthorised copies of media such as video and music
• Illegal pornography such as explicit images of children

EV6 reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any service which is found to be storing illegal content or performing illegal activities such as attempting to gain unauthorised access to other systems on the internet.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your colocation service, you can do so at any time. The service will be disconnected at the end of the last month which has been paid for, or sooner if explicitely requested. If you own the hardware then you can either come and collect it, or pay the cost of shipping it. If you are renting hardware then all hard drives will be securely erased at the end of your contract. It is your responsibility to back up any data you wish to keep elsewhere, as no data will be retrieveable after the disk has been securely erased. The secure erasing is to protect you against future users of the same system retrieving any of your confidential data.
